By using Move Quote Clarity, you agree to these terms.

Educational service

Move Quote Clarity provides educational tools that help users read and compare moving estimates. It is not a mover, broker, insurer, regulator, law firm, or financial adviser. Results are not legal advice, a certification of any company, or a guarantee of price, savings, safety, delivery, or service quality.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for independently verifying a company, reading the complete agreement, confirming the final price and services, and deciding whether to sign or pay. Interstate consumers should use official FMCSA resources; state and local requirements may also apply.

Automated analysis limitations

Paid reviews use automated document analysis. Scans, handwriting, missing pages, unusual formatting, or unclear images can cause information to be missed or interpreted incorrectly. Review the source document and confirm important conclusions directly with the mover or broker.

Purchases and access

Prices are shown before checkout and are one-time payments unless the checkout page expressly says otherwise. After successful payment, private access is designed to remain available for up to 30 days through the activated browser or a private access link sent to the checkout email when email delivery is available. Keep that link private and save or print completed reports promptly.

Document permissions

You may submit only documents you own or have permission to use. Do not use the service to process unlawful content or unnecessary sensitive information.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, bypass payment or access controls, overload the system, attempt to extract protected code or data, or use results to misrepresent that Move Quote Clarity endorses a company.

Availability

The service may change, experience interruptions, or be unavailable for maintenance. If a paid tool fails, follow the Refund Policy and contact instructions.

External services

Stripe, Google, Yelp, FMCSA, Amazon, and other external services operate under their own terms. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
