Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Move Quote Clarity handles information when you use the website and paid review tools.

ZIP-code finder and free checklist

The ZIP code and free-check answers are used in your browser to create search links and results. Move Quote Clarity does not ask you to create an account for these tools. If you choose to email a free result to yourself, we use the address only to send that requested result unless you separately ask for other communication.

Quote documents

The $7 Cash-Saver Review processes the PDF or text you select in your browser and does not upload that quote to our server. The $19 One Quote Review and $39 Compare Up to 3 Quotes tools temporarily process the files you choose to upload so the requested report can be generated. The application does not intentionally save those uploaded quote files after processing.

Do not upload documents you do not have permission to use. Before uploading, remove information that is not needed for the review, such as Social Security numbers, bank details, card numbers, medical information, passwords, or unrelated personal records.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects and handles payment and contact information under its own privacy terms. Move Quote Clarity does not receive your full card number.

Purchase access and email

After a successful purchase, a secure cookie confirms access to the product you bought. A private, signed access link may also be sent to the email address used at checkout so you can reopen the purchase on another device. The link and cookie are designed to expire after 30 days. Do not forward the private link.

Feedback

If you submit feedback, we use your email to receive and respond to it. Feedback remains private unless you explicitly check the permission box allowing us to publish the comment with limited context. We do not publish your email address.

Service providers and external links

The site uses service providers such as Stripe, transactional email delivery, and website hosting infrastructure. Some pages link to Google Maps, Yelp, FMCSA, Amazon, and other third-party sites. Their privacy practices apply when you visit them.

Security and retention

Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Payment records may be retained by Stripe and as needed for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may use the free educational pages without creating an account. You decide which quote files to submit. Avoid uploading information that is unnecessary for understanding a moving estimate.

Questions

For a privacy or purchase question, use the seller contact information shown on your Stripe receipt. Please do not send your full card number or attach a moving quote unless specifically needed and requested.
